Our story begins in 1989, when a young boy from a modest village background moved to Ahmedabad with a dream. At just 13 years old, Hareshbhai D. Boghra left his home to live with his maternal uncle and explore new opportunities. Though school wasn't his calling, Hareshbhai found purpose and passion in his uncle’s farsan shop. Starting with small tasks like waiting tables and assisting at the counter, he gradually learned the ins and outs of running a food business. Every experience—whether serving customers or managing day-to-day operations—became a stepping stone in shaping his entrepreneurial vision. Over the years, his commitment, hands-on experience, and love for authentic flavors led to the creation of a food destination that today proudly serves the people of Nikol. With a focus on quality, tradition, and customer satisfaction, we continue to bring joy through our food—just as Hareshbhai dreamed when he took his first step into the world of business.

Hareshbhai D Boghra
My journey began with humble roots. I gradually learned the art of making traditional Gujarati snacks like Ganthiya, Fafda-Jalebi, and Bhajiya. With the constant support of my maternal uncle, I built confidence in the kitchen and in myself. Just 15 days after my marriage, on 1st March 1995, I took over the Gayatri Nasta Bhuvan branch at Bapunagar Tolanaka.
Customers began to know me by the name "Bhanabhai". With dedication and the love of our patrons, I nurtured the business, serving fresh snacks daily. Though the Farsan business was tough, my family stood by me. Slowly but surely, our flavors won hearts across Bapunagar.
In 2011, after 27 years of hard work and faith, I opened our second outlet — Shri Gayatri Ganthiya in Nikol — with blessings from my father and uncle. Our unique chutneys and high-quality snacks became the talk of the area, and soon, people across Nikol-Naroda lovingly started calling me the Betaj Badshah of Ganthiya.
My passion for food was inherited by my son, Parth Boghra. With enthusiasm and skill, he embraced the craft of making Ganthiya, Fafda, and Bhajiya, and began managing operations independently. His entry marked the beginning of a new chapter for our family brand.
On 1st March 2019, Parth launched our third branch near Bhakti Circle, Nikol, taking the legacy forward. Today, Gayatri Ganthiya is not just a name — it's a trusted taste exported with love to families in America, Canada, Australia, and London.
From a single counter to an international name, this journey was possible only because of our loyal customers and the grace of God. We remain committed to quality, tradition, and service — as we continue serving love, one snack at a time.
